2021 Syrah Terra Felice 750ml

The Terra Felice Syrah is a proprietary blend of some of our best Syrah estate vineyards in the Russian River Valley. We plant our Syrah vineyards in heavier clay soils with 1 meter by 2-meter spacing to create competition amongst the vines. This style of planting causes the vines to put more energy into the ripening of fruit instead of expanding its root reach, the length of its canes or fuller canopies. We farm our Syrah to ensure the seeds and stems will ripen on the vine before we harvest the grapes, giving sweeter tannins to the wine.
