Shipping Information

We are currently experiencing service impacts due to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak. If you are sheltered in place, please make sure to update the shipping address on on your order to ensure delivery on the first attempt. A signature by an adult over the age of 21 is required upon delivery.

We are committed to getting your wine to you in the best condition possible. For this reason, orders traveling during the warm summer or freezing winter months will ship via a temperature-controlled truck and/or have ice packs included to ensure the wine stays at the optimal temperature during delivery.

March 2020 Concierge Shipping

We will begin shipping on March 27th as the weather will be optimal for shipping your wine. Please note that UPS Ground will be the default shipping method unless FedEx services are requested prior to shipment. Add FedEx to the order notes if they are your preferred carrier and we will update your account. Expedited shipping is available, but you will be charged the standard shipping rates. Please add any special shipping requests to the notes section when you submit your order.

If you would like us to send your shipment at a different time or with a specific carrier, please contact us no later than March 22nd.

Some orders will be delayed by approximately 1-2 business days from the scheduled date and those customers have been notified via email. We will send an email if there are any further delays to your scheduled date.

2020 Spring Release Shipping

Members enjoy $20 flat-rate ground and temperature-contolled shipping per case on 2020 Spring Release purchases until the end of the release on Tuesday, March 3rd. Ground shipping includes UPS, FedEx and GSO services. Expedited services are available at an additional cost calculated during checkout.

We will begin shipping orders in mid-February and into early March according to the schedule below. Orders from states placed after the scheduled ship dates will ship the following week. If you would like to receive your order on a different date, please choose a requested ship date and add any special shipping requests to the notes section of the order at the time of submission. If you need to make changes to you order, please contact us no later than 2 business days before your scheduled ship date.

  • Ice packs are not necessary for GSO, or AZ and TX Temp Control orders, as they travel via air-conditioned vehicles.

  • Temperature Controlled Shipping is available year-round to most states (except AK, CA, HI, ID, ND, NV, OR, WA, and WY). The wine travels on a temperature-controlled truck to the area hub and from there is released to a common carrier that delivers the wine to your location.

  • Temperature controlled trucks only leave on Fridays (and Wednesdays during busier months). Orders placed after 10:00 AM the day before the temp control truck is scheduled to leave will ship the following week. AZ and TX temp control trucks only leave on Fridays and generally deliver the following week.

  • To better anticipate the actual delivery date, common carrier tracking will be sent to the email address listed on the order once your order leaves our fulfillment house. For temperature control orders, the tracking information will be sent after it is processed at the regional shipping hub.

  • We care about your wines; the weather will be monitored and we will communicate any changes via email.
